How do I know if I need a virtual or in-person consult?

Virtual is ideal if you're comfortable sending photos, want fast turnaround, or are outside the KC area. In-person is best if you're overwhelmed with options, want to walk the space together, or have tricky lighting/finishes to evaluate.

What if I want to paint just one wall or a small hallway?

Start with the Single Room Refresh (Virtual or In-Person). We’ll focus in - but if more rooms get looped in during the process, you can upgrade to a bundle and only pay the difference.

Do you test the colors for me?

We’ll guide you on how to test, where to place swatches, and what lighting to observe. For in-person clients, we’ll also tape up samples and help you interpret them.

How fast will I get my recommendations?
  • Virtual packages: 3–5 business days
  • In-person packages: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited delivery (2 business days): +$75
Do you offer follow-up support after the consultation?

Yes! All packages include one round of follow-up. You can add additional review calls or testing feedback for +$50 each.

What if I’m using a specific brand like Sherwin-Williams or Farrow & Ball?

We can match any preferred paint line. If your inspiration color is from a different brand, we’ll find the closest match in your chosen line (add-on: +$50 for detailed match testing).

What if I’m not happy with the suggested colors?

Every package includes one round of refinements. If you're still unsure, we’ll collaborate to rework the palette with your input. Color confidence is the goal — not guesswork.

Can I use this service to prep for resale or staging?

Absolutely. We offer resale-optimized palettes that balance broad appeal with updated style — helping you sell faster and for more.
